All products purchased from Kiteboarding Asia (KBA) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

If a product shows a manufacturing defect, we will help you submit a warranty claim with the brand and guide you through the process.

Warranty claims apply only to manufacturing defects and do not cover normal wear, damage from crashes, incorrect use, or improper storage.

How to submit a warranty claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us first.

Send us the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

This allows our team to review the case and forward the warranty request to the manufacturer if necessary.

You can contact us through our shop or send the product to the address below after confirmation from our team.

Warranty process

Once we receive the information, our team will evaluate the issue and determine whether it qualifies for a warranty claim.

If required, the product may need to be sent to the manufacturer for inspection.

Depending on the brand’s decision, the product may be:

  • Repaired
  • Replaced
  • Or returned if the issue is not covered by warranty

Warranty processing times depend on the manufacturer and can vary.

What is covered by warranty

Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Material defects
  • Production faults
  • Structural failures that occur during normal use

Each brand has its own warranty policy, and final approval is determined by the manufacturer.

What is not covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Crashes or impacts
  • Incorrect use or rigging
  • Exposure to extreme conditions
  • Repairs or modifications made by third parties

Damage caused by accidents or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Important information

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period provided by the manufacturer.

Products should not be repaired independently before the warranty claim is evaluated, as this may void the warranty.
