Sometimes a product is not the right fit. If that happens, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original order.
How to return an item
Returning a product is simple.
First, contact us and include your order number and the item you want to return.
Pack the product carefully in the original packaging so it is protected during shipping.

After we receive the item, our team will inspect the product and process the return.
Return conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be returned in original packaging
- All labels, accessories, and parts must be included
- The product must show no signs of use, damage, or installation
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be declined and the item will be sent back to the customer.
Products that were special order items or customized products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once the returned item arrives and is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or model, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order.
This ensures that the replacement product is reserved for you immediately.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as KBA cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
