The North Mode PRO is ready to take your riding to the next level.

For 2026, North made the Mode PRO even better. The wing now has a better strut shape and Carbon UDi Technology. This change gives it a faster response, better handling, and less arm fatigue.

The wing is strong and turns quickly. It has a smooth control, even in rough conditions thanks to its N-Weave 45 frame, Matrix High-Load N-HTRS Canopy, and reduced nose profile.

The Mode Pro doesn’t come with handles or a boom. You can buy ShiftLock handles or a boom separately. Luckily, no matter which option you pick, the sliding modular track system keeps your position steady. Plus, the ergonomic strut design gives you a more comfortable riding stance.

Features:

• Matrix High-Load N-HTRS Canopy – High-performance stretch-resistant wing canopy material specifically designed to handle the higher loads of the N-Weave45 airframe, and provide greater structural integrity for longer.
• True Form Profile – We’ve reduced the profile’s nose radius to improve speed and wind range. The infill panel helps the wing maintain a better profile shape under load.
• Slightly flatter Dihedral – Thin low-drag profile sections and flatter dihedral generate forward thrust, lift and stability at higher apparent wind speeds. The faster you go, the steadier the wing feels.
• Wingtip Seam Protection – To maximize protection against abrasion, the closing seam at the wingtip is rolled inward, shielding it from direct contact with rough surfaces and reducing the risk of wear.
• Stiff N-Weave Airframe – N-Weave45 is a high-tensile woven fiber with a 45-deg laminate for biaxial and torsional control, creating a stiffer, lighter rig with highly efficient power delivery.
• Stiffer LE & XLT-Joint – Structurally-reinforced to stiffen the larger-diameter XL T-Joint connection for a more direct power transfer and stable, deformation-resistant profile.
• Carbon UDi Technology – Patent-pending technology born from North Sails for greater snapback and more efficient pumping. Lightweight anti-deflection UD Carbon tapes run the length of the leading edge.
• Initiate Fast reactive Turning
• Ergonomic Strut Geometry – The segmented strut allows you to hold your wing in a more comfortable riding position with two handles, relieving arm fatigue and elbow strain. Try with ShiftLock J-Handle for max effect.
